Football is the most popular sport in the world and belongs to every human being.
Everyone should have the right to play, watch and enjoy it without fear of discrimination and exclusion.
We share news, stories and examples of how football and sports can make the world more fair, equal and inclusive.
We organize open training sessions, where we are glad to see people of any sex, gender, age, nationality, with any level of physical fitness, even if they know nothing about this game.
We are looking for everyone interested in making sport a place for human rights and making their contribution to the development of a just, diverse and respectful society.

Feedback from participants
The main reasons why I liked going to football trainings were the friendly atmosphere, the presence of people of different ages, professions, interests connected by one passion and interesting exercises. I appreciated a seriousness with the organization of training sessions, attention and individual approach to all participants and an excellent coach. I was impressed by the number of people trying themselves in something completely new [football]. I was glad to see how a simple game can bring different people, who haven't seen each other before, together.

The most important reason why I like our trainings is people who are very different and interesting in their own way, because I am a fan of new acquaintances. Many of them come here with a pretty conscious view about football training. Of course, here it's all about football and an ability to play on an equal footing with everyone, which is a big benefit to me.

The joy of the goal I scored is the best memory from trainings. I liked the fact that there were people of different age - both adults and children. It was interesting to play with adults and communicate with children. Different practices and the existence of cool down exercises became a discovery for me

1. At this moment I can't remember something that would stand out from the training, all of the elements, such as making new acquaintances in a circle, warm-ups, exercises, and the games themselves, were memorable. Even kicking the ball after the official part of training was so much fun for me . The most memorable part, I guess, was when Valdzis helped me with striking technique and explained that it's not about kicking the ball in any way. It was pretty hard, but cool.
2. I really liked how the training process was organized. It is easy to see that Vałdzis really understands how to work with people who are not professionally involved in sports, and how to work with people in general.
3. It was a surprise for me that I had such a pleasure to go to football trainings. I also made sure that I can actually play football and that I will be really good at this if i worked more.

Football is the main reason why I used to go to trainings, but I can also emphasize other benefits of these lessons. First of all, the playground is great and it's situated in the center of our city. Secondly, it's really important to communicate with different people in this extraordinary time and trainings give us this opportunity. Thirdly, I used to receive nice photos after our games and it's cool imo.

For me, the most memorable elements during the trainings were varied exercises with the ball, adapted for players of different levels. I appreciated a friendly atmosphere during the classes. People, who come here, always have an active lifestyle and desire to learn something new and meet new people, not just sit on the couch. The biggest discovery for me were conversations on various acute social topics at the beginning of classes. It made me think about many important things, somewhere it brought me to the right thoughts, somewhere it completely opened my eyes to a problem that I had not thought about before. I realized that football can be a universal language for discussing various problems among completely different people. The best thing about football is that it is able to unite strangers into a real team in a very short time.

The funniest thing I remember is when we played football and a ball hit my head and nose. The other thing is Alex. I really enjoyed playing football with Vałdzis. Everything was new for me, I hadn't play football before.

I really liked the short introduction about human rights at the beginning, which was very valuable. Warm-ups and other activities were pretty unusual. I appreciated spending time with active people of different ages and genders. It was interesting for boys to play with girls and for kids to play with adults. I was glad to see my children being excited for the next football training session, because they weren't into sports before.
